What I Eat in a Day 3 | Vegan | Healthy Weight Loss | Recipe

A quick video showing you what I ate today on a healthy vegan diet for slow but steady weight loss.

These meals are all easy to prepare and made from whole, plant based foods with no processed unhealthy foods.

The recipe for the broccoli bites is:

2 cups pulse blended broccoli
1 cup oat flour (ground oats)
1/3 cup nutritional yeast
1 can mashed cannellini beans
1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
1 tsp mustard
black pepper to taste

Combine all the above ingredients together in a mixing bowl.

Roll into balls about 2cm in diameter and place on a lined baking tray.

Cook for 30 minutes on 200C turning them half way.

Serve with rice, pasta or on a toasted sandwich.
